We would like to draw authors’ attention that ESAFORM has partnered with Scientific.net to publish the conference papers in open-access Proceedings and Journals. To meet the high standards required for this publication process, we kindly ask authors to adhere to the following guidelines:

  • A researcher may be listed as a co-author on a maximum of 3 papers within a single Mini Symposium.
  • Each paper (and abstract) is limited to a maximum of 5 co-authors.
  • Registered authors may deliver no more than one oral presentation.
  • Abstracts must not exceed 1 page. Template sections may be adapted to suit your content.
  • Full papers are limited to 8 pages (maximum 9 pages if additional space is strictly required for references and acknowledgments).
